You’re Not Lazy

If you’ve ever had a breakthrough, maybe in your business, your health, your life, your relationship, your mindset, and then suddenly felt weirdly unmotivated right after… like “Why am I doing nothing when I just figured everything out?” You’re not a lazy piece of sh**.

That’s called post-breakthrough fatigue.
It’s real.

Your nervous system finally releases the fight-or-flight tension you’ve been living in, and that can feel like a weird sense of chill. You might sleep in when you normally don’t, the urgency you had seems to fade even though you still want it, and you’re thinking, “I’ve figured it out. I want to go.” But it suddenly feels like you’re a kid on summer vacation, and now you’re struggling to get back into the daily grind.

It’s normal.

Don’t beat yourself up. Take a day or two to regroup, but then shift into systems and discipline. You’re no longer in survival mode. You’re in clarity mode. You’ve got a vision and absolute clarity on whatever it is in your life. You must move from survival mode to clarity mode. And that requires a new way of thinking and working. Now that you know, you need discipline and systems.

Hope this helps.
